• Gold Plating: Our signature pieces feature a thick 3.5-micron layer of 24k gold, offering superior tarnish resistance compared to standard commercial plating.
• Organic Stones & Pearls: Many of our creations incorporate natural baroque freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones. Because these are organic, slight variations in shape, texture, luster, and color highlights are natural features of the raw materials, not manufacturing defects.

2. Pricing, Errors & Order Acceptance

While we strive for absolute accuracy, typographical or system pricing errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch, Mahi Blings reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your payment has already been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment source. A contract is finalized solely upon our generation of a Sequel Logistics transit tracking index and shipping confirmation.

3. Payment & Settlement Guidelines

All payments must be completed in full before order dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking via secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout portals. Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for select zip codes in India up to a maximum transaction threshold. You represent that all details provided during checkout are correct and that you are the authorized owner of the payment instrument utilized.

Mahi Blings will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including metal tarnishing caused by improper storage or exposure to corrosive elements (perfumes, water, sweat) contrary to our Care Guide. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product that caused the dispute.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms, website access, or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
